Day 1

9:00 am: our guide will pick you up at your hotel or specified address 10:30 am: arrival to one of the biggest coffee farms in the region in Fredonia, the land of Juan Valdes. 10:40 am: start the coffee process learning as follows: - collecting the fruits from the trees - sorting and selecting - pulping the cherries - fermenting - drying - storing - milling - roasting - grinding - packaging - brewing - drinking, tasting and sampling 1:15 pm: enjoy a delicious local lunch and take time to relax and enjoy the place 2:00 pm: get a ride in the finca visiting the huge balconies and enjoy of the amazing view of the cauca river canyon 3:30 pm: start the return to Medellin 5:00 pm: arrival to your hotel
